📦 Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped with The Courier Guy, one of South Africa’s most trusted courier services.
⏱️ Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched
🚛 Delivery Times
- Major cities: 1–3 business days
- Outlying areas: 2–5 business days
Please note: delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to unforeseen delays.
💸 Shipping Costs
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location
- We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (keep an eye out 👀)
📍 Delivery Options
You can choose delivery to:
- Your door (home or work address)
- A Courier Guy locker or pickup point (where available)
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is on the move, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your Zigglies all the way to your door.

- Please ensure your delivery details are correct to avoid delays
- If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact you
- Zigglies is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we’ll always help where we can 💙
