🐾 Zigglies Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Zigglies! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns (Within 7 Days)

If you change your mind, you can return your Zigglies within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The items are unused and in their original condition
  • All packaging is intact

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • A refund or store credit will be processed once we receive and inspect the items

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items (Within 6 Months)

If your Zigglies arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, you’re covered under the Consumer Protection Act.

You may choose to:

  • Have it replaced
  • Or receive a full refund

This applies within 6 months of purchase, provided the issue is not due to misuse.


🚚 How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue (and photos if applicable)

We’ll guide you through the next steps.


💡 A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a return
  • Refunds are processed via your original payment method where possible
  • Please allow a few business days for processing once we receive your return
